The City of Springfield is accepting applications for summer employment as the Springfield Municipal Swimming Pool Manager. The position requires a dedicated and responsible person of at least 18 years of age. Ideal summer job for a teacher or a highly motivated and mature college student. Some examples of duties include hiring lifeguards, WSI Instructors, controllers, supervising staff, scheduling hours, private lessons, events, management and coordination of operations of the Springfield Municipal Swimming Pool. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. We may consider two people to act as co-managers.
