- APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED UNTIL FUNDS ARE DEPLETED
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
- Loan/Grant Amounts: up to $40,000 (with $30,000 loan & $10,000 grant)
- Interest Rate: 2% annually
- Loan Term: Up to 10 years
- Eligible Projects: Roof repairs or replacements & other structural repairs
Applications are due May 31, 2025 by 4pm.
