NOTICE OF SALE OF EXCESS PROPERTY BY SEALED BID
The Springfield Area Community Center is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a decorative water fountain that has been declared excess property by the City of Springfield.
Property Description:
Decorative water fountain located at the Springfield Area Community Center. The fountain is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied regarding its condition or suitability for any purpose.
Removal Requirements:
The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the removal, transportation, and any necessary disassembly of the fountain. Removal must be completed within a timeframe approved by the City.
Bid Submission:
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 15, 2026, and clearly marked "Water Fountain Sealed Bid" on the outside of the envelope.

Terms of Sale:
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities in the bidding process, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The successful bidder will be required to make payment in full before the fountain is removed.
